* I also assume that selecting 'None' deselects all options. But it's still not 
a very informative menu.
* There are many degrees of blindness. Someone could well have enough sight to 
see the first boot menu if they struggle, but still want a screen reader. 
Anyway, who says only blind people want a screen reader? (But yes, 100% vision 
people can install it later.)
