You mentioned you were able to reproduce this with the 2.6.29 upstream
kernel from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/ . Just curious if
you're able to reproduce with the 2.6.30-rc1 kernel? If so, I'd also
suggest opening an upstream bug report at bugzilla.kernel.org as you
would have confirmed this issue exists upstream as well and is not just
confined to being Ubuntu specific. We can then set up an upstream bug
watch from this report as well. Thanks.
