Public bug reported:
when I hibernate, computer goes completly off (think this is ok)
but when i want to resume, i press the power button and it turns on, but does
nothing.
keyboard is off, mouse is off, everithing is off (except the fan and the
lights).
have to unplug and re-plug computer to start again
