Whoops, I should've refreshed the bug report first.

I think it should be dropped, as you say it's available through the icon
and I don't think it's something that most people will be that
interested in. One thing to note however is that this means that it will
not be available when the battery is fully charged and is on AC power.

If it is kept it would be consistent to put it in the administration
menu probably.
