To fix this bug for Jaunty it is only necessary to import the original .desktop files from KDE4 upstream. See http://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/361270 for details. This has nothing to do with missing translations. Or is it possible to translate .desktop-Files in Rosetta? If yes the problem can be solved with importing all upstream translations in Rosetta.
