Instead of hardcoding the dependency, it should rather use Depends:
${shlibs:Depends}. Doesn't that work?
Also, the *.links files look broken completely. Do they actually cause
anything to be installed at all? If not, then they are harmless and
shouldn't be included into an SRU for the sake of minimal changes.
