Hmm, not quite sure why this bug didn't get closed. In pidgin-libnotify
0.14-1ubuntu8 the notifications are all tracked for a given
conversation. So when a conversation gets or has focus they are all
closed. Also, chat rooms that are connected while the account is being
connected and get messages for the first few seconds will not send
notifications.
