Public bug reported:

I don't have auto mount option enabled for /boot partition, to have
better control when anything changes on it. So every time an update
tries to run /sbin/update-grub, it crashes.

Expected behaviour: provide a retry/cancel dialog box, so I can mount
/boot and retry.
