Hi, .. after some first tests, I can confirm the findings of trisa: I use the nvidia-drivers 180.11 and I have set Options "UseEvents" "on" in Xorg.conf as suggested by trisa and I see an overall reduction of the Xorg CPU-usage (from about 10-15% before to now 5-10%) and since then I didn't have any more these extreme Xorg CPU-usages which I had before (>>50%).
