Public bug reported:

1) Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04

3) After unplugging a USB-Mouse, to use it on another USB-Port, it
should be activated, after plugging it into the USB-port.

4) Nothing. The USB-Mouse doesn't work, after it is plugged in. It doesn't work
anymore with any USB-Port. Other USB-Devices can be plugged in without any
problems, e.g. TV-card, USB-memorystick.
After a shutdown, the USB-Mouse is reactivated.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
