Public bug reported:

My computer has often not resumed from hibernate when turning it back
on. This has been the case for the last few weeks. Usually it will come
up with a blank screen and I will have to cycle the power to reboot it.
However, in this case it seemed to boot normally and presented me with
the Apport screen.

ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: This occured during a previous hibernate and prevented it from
resuming properly.
