I guess this behaviour was correct in Debian Sarge. Since, like Will Dyson mentions, Ubuntu Edgy has split ssh this needs to be adjusted. People should be free to use openssh-client *or* ssh-krb5. I believe more correct would be to have libpam-ssh_1.91.0-9.1.dsc read:
