Also note that the problem occurs when selecting SNMP v1 or v2 : when doing so, the SNMP v3 password inputs are not visible, but they are sent in the form (since they are not disabled), leading to the error message. It is a usability nightmare because the user cannot know what are these password since he has not seen the corresponding password input in the form !!
