Also note that the problem occurs when selecting SNMP v1 or v2 : when doing so, 
the SNMP v3 password inputs are not visible, but they are sent in the form 
(since they are not disabled), leading to the error message.
It is a usability nightmare because the user cannot know what are these 
password since he has not seen the corresponding password input in the form !!

So other possible fix would be :
- disable the input, and only enable them when selecting SNMPv3
- do not read/check the SNMP v3 password input when the SNMP v1 or V2 has been 
selected (server side)
