Public bug reported:
On upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04 RC1 on Dell PowerEdge t300
USB mouse and Keyboard are connected to ConnectPro USB KVM
95+% thru update (during final /etc conf updates and prompt for update)
switch accidently hit. On return ubuntu upgrade, the USB devices did
not recapture.
This leaves the user is an unable to continue state
