Targeted for jaunty, but I'm not sure we can squeeze in a fix at this
point; however we could deliver one post-release. It would help if
somebody could extract just the relevant source change to sqlite3, which
will likely be a lot more palatable than "upgrade to 3.6.12".

sqlite3 packaged in Jaunty cannot open databases which use "indexed" keyword,
and is therefore incompatible with Axiom
