This has been fixed by KDE. The fix will be made available in KDE 4.2.3,
which will be made available to Kubuntu 9.04 users when it is released
next month. Marking fix committed for now. This bug will be marked Fix
Released (closed) once the fix has made its way into Kubuntu 9.04.
