I'm seeing this too. There is a bug related to this in the kdenlive bugtracker, but marked as fixed: http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=674
However I tried the fix that they give (install libmlt-dev, restart the config wizard) and it doesn't help for me.
