Public bug reported:
The update notifier window that appears when clicking the icon, doesnt seem to
respond to keyboard navigation very well.
The focused list item doesnt get scrolled into view.
Another issue is with the mouse, when the scroll bar is used to scroll
an item into view and clicked on, the UI doesnt seem alright. Please see
the attached screen capture (video). It starts with keyboard navigation
and towards the later part it is mouse.
