Public bug reported:
On a HP Compaq nc6220 using Jaunty RC (but also on Intrepid) the reported
design capacity is wrong. The label on the battery reads ~56 Wh, while the
reported design capacity goes down after every recharge, right now it is at:

As you may have noticed, design capacity and last full capacity are
always equal, which should not happen on a 2 year old battery.
