Public bug reported:
after first mobile phone pluging in, it (ubuntu 9.04 RC) sugested to choise
an mobile operator and then well connected to the internet. But lately there
(network-manager) was no picture of connection, only for disconected wi-fi.
seting up a new connection, jr even creation a new user wasn't helpfull.
morethen there wasn't a wvdial packege so there was no way to connect
