Public bug reported:
when i started to 9.04rc desktop iso from the usb-stick it quit the
installation after approx. 25 seconds after boot up to the busy box
stating: "3.083424 ip apic resources could not be allocated". in ubuntu
8.10 and 8.04 this worked normally on this machine and i could boot it
up. it's a dell latitude d600 with 1 gb ram and pentium M processor.
