Public bug reported:

I am sorry for bothering the devs with a Kubuntu-specific issue, but it
is a problem for us Kubuntu-using minority. On a fresh install of
Kubuntu 9.04 RC amd64 from the alternative install disk, the
"kolourpaint4" application cannot be installed:

$ sudo apt-get install kolourpaint4

The following NEW packages will be installed:
  kolourpaint4

Other than running apt-get update and upgrade after install, the only
changes to this system were the installation of Firefox and some Plasma
