Public bug reported:
fscheck at boot after 30 mounts is performed anyway. the check sometimes
takes 4 min or longer when disk is big. according to the law of murphy
this occures when machine is swiched on for purpose of looking up
something fast and shortly.. I think it's clear what I mean: Why not add
the possibility to overgo the check, postpone it to next time, perform
it manually or at shutdown?
