Can someone post built packages containing that debdiff? I don't understand why this is still around in Jaunty. As mentioned on the upstream bug report, Jaunty contains the proper version of mjpegtools; all that has to happen is for the gstreamer-plugins-bad package to be rebuilt to include it.
