Bugs:
- No need to restart gxine after setting experience_level.
- "Deinterlace has no benefit on LCD screens" is wrong - without it,
interlacing effects will be obvious with fast movement. (Perhaps it's a
matter of choosing the right deinterlacer...)
- Deinterlace-by-default can be disabled via the UI.
- Missing attribution ("frogzoo" isn't enough).
