MPlayer interrupted by signal 2 in module: play_audio

steps to reproduce:
Stream audio with: mplayer mms://wm-live.sr.se/SR-P3-High

In order to fix it I have to run pulseaudio -k and retyping the mplayer
command to get the stream going, then it plays without aborting
(autospawn is set to no).

alsa info is located here: http://www.alsa-
project.org/db/?f=e9...2ee495678605f4

my /etc/mplayer/mplayer.conf has audio output set to alsa, pulse (having
it the other way around didn't help)

pulseaudio version: 1:0.9.15-0ubuntu1~ppa4
kernel: 2.6.29-020629rc8-generic

** Affects: pulseaudio (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
