Can you please confirm if you are using the "NetworkManager Applet" or the "Network Monitor"?
This can be done by right-clicking on the applet, and selecting "About". If you are running the Network Monitor, then this bug has been mis- assigned and I will re-assign to gnome-system-tools. Also, the Network Monitor is assigned to check particular devices.
