2) If it is started without parameters it sends e.g /usr/bin/texmaker#!# to the other instance, which could think it should open /usr/bin/texmaker as a tex-file. (but I didn't test it, so perhaps it works without problems in texmaker, although it didn't worked in texmakerx)
