See attached PDF file report for fuller detail and screen clips, but in the
more stable 64-bit (AMD) version of JauntyBeta, after connection, detection and
CUPS configuration of my Epson Stylus PHOTO R220 ink-jet printer, I used
Applications, Add to install Inkblot to the Applications, System Tools menu.
It can be made to report on Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow cartridge ink
levels, but NOT on the Light Cyan and Light Magenta ink levels, as can be
deduced by re-booting the dual-boot PC into Windows XP Home and comparing
results using the Epson Status Monitor utility.
When I have installed the definitive release of 64-bit Jaunty, I'll give it
another try.
