Public bug reported:
When ever I shutdown or restart the computer (over the panel) there comes this
60 seconds countdown.
Why?
Are there many people who shut down computers and doesn't reale want
that?
I (and other people) think this "feature" is not realy usefull. Maybe
there are more people thinking this way and the countdown can be removed
from Ubuntu?
