Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
This bug is very similar to #70850.
In Users and Groups many groups are not listed. This includes important
groups such as video, which I need to manage to give other users access
to our webcam.
In the meantime I wouldbe grateful to know the workaround. I have tried
editing /etc/groups, but the changes didn't take effect so I probably
needed to do something else after.
