UNIX file systems are case-sensitive by design, so you can't interchange
"foo" and "FOO". If your .proj file is specifying "incorrect"
assemblies, then it's at fault - if the files were generated with Visual
Studio, make sure you're up to date - I'm sure I heard somewhere that
Microsoft were fixing incorrect-case bugs.
