This is Kubuntu Jaunty with all upgrades
At the startup kile opens a "Tip of the day" popup. There is a link for
users who want to learn more. However, the link opens in konqueror
something like help:/kile/quick_inverseforward.html which opens just a
page "Documentation is not available". If the documentation should be
separately installed, the user should be instructed about it.
