on update from intrepid to jaunty using 'update-manager -d' some
configuration questions are asked twice
e.g. for package "flashplugin-installer" the questions concerning the download
an installation
e.g. for package "libc6" Running services and programs that are using NSS need
to be restarted, otherwise they ..."
