I found the crash file by restarting apport first (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport) Then launching brasero.
I can't seem to right clicking and open with "Report a problem.." It reads: 'Sorry, the program "brasero" closed unexpectedly' 'Your computer does not have enough free memory to automatically analyze the problem and send a report to the developers.'
