  Trying to install 9.04 on a foxconn 945G7MD-8EKRS2H. So far no go with the 
following installs.
  
  kubuntu/ubuntu : i368 : Bug int 14 CR2 ffffb0f0
  
  Kubuntu/ubuntu : amd64 : PANIC: early exception 0e rip 10:
  ffffffff80226a93 error 0 cr2 ffffffffff5fc0f0
  
  looked at the following bug report seems it may have something to do with the 
issue. Unsure myself.

  Tried new beta of opensuse just as it had 2.6.29 fails saying not enough
  memory for the kernel. think this maybe a clue hoping someone more
  versed in kernels can tell me
  
  installed from usb flash with kubuntu 9.04 i386 alternative. installed
  ok. fails on boot more info this time.

  have gone back and tried 8.10 i386 was ok and amd64 fails with the very same 
kernel panic. 
  Hope this is enough detail for people to help me with this issue. sorry if i 
haven't laid this out right.
