Ok, here's what I did (the sudo's just to be sure):
cd ~
sudo mv .ecryptfs .ecryptfs-old
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get install ecryptfs-utils
sudo mv .ecryptfs-old .ecryptfs
logout
Worked!
