Public bug reported:
On my laptop if i turn off the webcam with p1 button, the drm reload
the nortbridge microcode and all usb device stop working, kernel doesn't
recognise that i connect or disconnect a device. i have to reboot.
kernel messeage after the webcam turned off:

doesnt found in 8.10
