================================

1. Turn Off Machine
2. Put USB Pen/Thumb/Flash Drive Into USB Slot
3. Turn On Machine
4. Log-In To Ubuntu

Ubuntu will not show the drive in /media, /mnt, on the desktop, in pysdm
or in fdisk -l.

Taking out the Pen/Flash/Thumb drive then putting it back in while
logged in makes the drive mountable (and indeed, it auto-mounts itself
when replugged) with no issues whatsoever.
