You do not add anything to the bug report that might help, so please do not add a comment. I do not see anything says you experienced the bug. I is very hard to confirm and resolve bugs withouth information needed. Over 600 people downloaded Xubuntu 9.04 when it was released. Two people have experienced this bug. That is not considered MAJOR bug by any means. Perhaps you could do be more constructive, like trying to help fix the bug.
If you experienced this bug, attach your /var/log/xorg.0.log and the logs in /var/log/installer. Tell us if this was an upgrade or fresh install, give some information about your system.
