I do more tests...

The sequence of events:

1- I plugged my laptop in AC power source.
2- switched on and the ubuntu starts. The keyboard don't work. 
3- So I reboot it and keyboard works. 
4- Powered off it without remove the AC power of laptop. 
5- switched on again and the ubuntu starts. The keyboard WORKS. 
6- Powered off it again without remove the AC power of laptop. 
7- switched on again and the ubuntu starts. The keyboard WORKS again.
8- Powered off it and remove the AC power of laptop. Wait some time... 
9- switched on and the ubuntu starts again. The keyboard DON'T work. 

Every time that I remove the AC power source of the laptop and starts
it. I the same problem with slackware. With windows and FreeBSD keyboard
works every time.

Attached is the dmesg when keyboard is not detected.
