I have a problem that may be the same in the jaunty release. Multi- language .AVIs (ripped from DVD) play a random language. Closing totem and re-opening the same file picks a new language. It is possible the languages are not tagged correctly in the .AVI, but it doesn't seem like it should be random in any case.
