Since upgrading from Intrepid to Jaunty I am unable to download photos
off my Canon Powershot A510.

On plugging the camera in, it is recognised. If I choose to open it with F-Spot 
I get a dialog asking me to select the camera from this list:
Canon PowerShot A510 (normal mode) usb:
Canon PowerShot A510 (normal mode) usb:004,005

I don't recall that happening using Intrepid. Once I've selected a camera 
(doesn't matte which one) I get the following error:
Error connecting to camera: Received error "Could not lock the device" while 
connecting to camera.

Similarly if I attemp to access the camera through Nautilus I get the following 
error:
Sorry, could not display all the contents of "Canon, Inc. PowerShot A510 
(normal mode) / PowerShot A510 (PTP mode)": Failed to get folder list: -111: 
Invalid filename
