Kubuntu 9.04 AMD64 final
Seagate FreeAgent USB drive formated ext3
ASUS M4A78T-E motherboard

If I leave the USB drive plugged in while system is booting, it does not
appear in Dolphin or in the system tray icon showing removable media.

Disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable or cycling the power to the
USB drive fixes this situation.

While not recognized by Dolphin, I ran lsusb:
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0bc2:3001 Seagate RSS LLC

So it appears the motherboard see it, reports it to the kernel, but KDE
isn't picking it up.

Not sure this is the same bug or not.
