When you say "computer froze". Were you able to move the mouse? Was the
CAPS LOCK LED status light blinking? Did you see any normal screen
updates at all. for example did the clock tick etc? Did you see any
video memory corruption / garbage on screen? Was it possible to ssh into
the computer?
Has this happened before? Has it happened again since? Do you have any
ideas about specific actions that might trigger this crash? Have you
been using pre-release versions of jaunty without problems before or did
you run into this problem directly after upgrading to 9.04 ?
