Hi,
i just installed ubuntu on my hp pavilion dv4 laptop and ive gotten
everything working perfectly. I am new to ubuntu, and i require if you
sugest me using the terminal, to pelase be very specific, so i can copy
and paste to the terminal as i do not know how to use it properly, yet.
I would really apreciate any help, i heard jaunty jackalope had fast
boot times, but mine is getting stuck for 30 seconds on ¨boot from
(hd0,4) ext 3¨ it hangs on there for 30 seconds and then it boots
normaly.
i am dual booting with vista, and have the stable release of jaunty with
all the updates
how can i fix this?, i know it is not normal.
please, if you need in any more information, let me know, just give me
detailed instructions.
