** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: update-manager

According to the system I am using more than one update application at once
while I am not
it happens the same if I use aptitude (I am using the latest version of
kubuntu, installed 2 weeks ago...and I am new to linux)
example (I am not keen on opera, just typed the first application that came
to my mind)

  a...@ernesto:~$ sudo apt-get install opera
  [sudo] password for abel:
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily
unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another
process using it?

I have found a similar bug but was unable to take advantage from it
  thank you
  Abel

+ I have found out, it was simple for the system had opened two installers at
the same time

unable to install packages for the system says I am already using another
installing application (I am not; I even rebooted the computer)
