This seems to be related to forecast fox. It isn't clear to me whether the revision bump of Firefox is related or not, though other users of forecast fox started reporting the problem at about the same time. It is also possible that a change at accuweather was related. In any case, the problem appears to exist upstream for other users of firefox and forecast fox, and as such I am going to recommend that this be closed (I do not seem to be able to do so myself, which seems a little odd).
Re: Freddy Martinez - I could not find an appropriate duplicate when I checked, though there were various *other* CPU-time-related bugs.
