Public bug reported:

The audio lags in rythmbox and on websites like youtube. on videos, the
image also sometimes lags.

running 
pulseaudio -k  
"solves" the problem, hence the assumption that this is a pulseaudio bug.

Here's the hardware information(after having stopped pulseaudio), what
type of additional information can I provide to help pinning this issue?
