+ 1. use/install kubuntu intrepid system
+ 2. run sudo apt-get install kphotoalbum update-manager
+ 3. run update-manager
+ 4. verify that the upgrade can not be calculated
+
+ 5. run "update-manager --proposed"
+ 6. verify that the upgrade can now be calculcated (and kphotoalbum gets
removed)
The update-manager can't update my system to 09.04 because it can't
calculate the upgrade.
